ON- SITE EVENT ATTENDANT & STAFFING
SERVERS
- Setup Assistance: Help with arranging tables, chairs, buffet stations, and place settings before guests arrive.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve appetizers, meals, desserts, and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, answer questions about menu items, and attend to special requests politely and professionally.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clear used dishes, glassware, and trash throughout the event to keep the space tidy.
- Restocking: Refill food trays, drink stations, or table supplies as needed.
- Post-Event Cleanup: Assist with clearing tables, washing dishes, taking out trash, and restoring the home to pre-party condition.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside hosts and other staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
HOUSEKEEPING/ SITE MAINTENANCE
Pre-Event Cleaning: Ensure the venue is clean and presentable before guests arrive, including restrooms, floors, and common areas.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cleanliness during the event—empty trash bins, wipe spills, and restock supplies as needed.
- Restroom Attendant: Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the event.
- Post-Event Cleanup: Clear tables, remove decorations, dispose of trash, and restore the venue to its original condition.
- Linen and Tableware Care: Collect used linens and dishes for cleaning or return.
- Support Staff Coordination: Work closely with other event staff to ensure seamless operations and guest comfort.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all sanitation and safety procedures as required by the venue or event organizer.
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
- Food Preparation Support: Wash, peel, and chop ingredients; prepare basic dishes under supervision.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Keep kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils clean and hygienic.
- Stock Management: Unpack deliveries, organize food storage, and check for expired items.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers or wash pots, pans, and dishes by hand as needed.
- Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and food waste properly and maintain cleanliness in waste areas.
- Assist Kitchen Staff: Support chefs and cooks with tasks during busy periods or as directed.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to food safety standards and kitchen protocols at all times.
BAR & BEVERAGE SERVICE
- Drink Preparation and Service: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests quickly and accurately, following proper portion and presentation standards.
- Guest Engagement: Take drink orders, answer questions about beverage options, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar and serving areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with glassware, garnishes, napkins, and ice.
- Monitor Guest Consumption: Observe guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and follow all legal guidelines.
- Restocking and Setup: Set up the bar before events and restock supplies throughout the shift as needed.
- Payment Handling: If required, process drink tickets, tabs, or payments accurately and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other event staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
