Guest Welcome: Greet guests upon arrival, take coats if needed, and help direct them to food, drinks, or seating.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve appetizers, meals, desserts, and beverages, or support buffet and drink stations.
Gift Table & Activity Help: Manage gift exchange areas, assist with Secret Santa or other holiday games, and help distribute gifts or prizes.
Cleanliness Maintenance: Clear used dishes, cups, and trash regularly to keep the space tidy and presentable.
Vendor & Entertainment Support: Coordinate with caterers, DJs, Santa performers, or other vendors as needed.
Host Support: Be attentive to the host’s needs, offering help with timing, announcements, or last-minute tasks.
Post-Party Cleanup: Help take down decorations, clean the venue, remove trash, and pack up supplies.
