ENTERTAINMENT GUIDANCE &OVERSIGHT
We assist with identifying, advising on, and coordinating appropriate entertainment talent to fit the tone, size, and goals of an event. This includes guidance on performers, DJs, musicians, and specialty acts, along with basic coordination and scheduling support to ensure smooth integration into the event flow.
EVENT PLANNING & ON-SITE COORDINATION
We handle event logistics, site layout planning, schedules, and real-time coordination. Services include mapping event flow, vendor and equipment placement, setup and breakdown oversight, staff coordination, and on-site problem solving.
